Day 3 of the 5th Experiential Learning Conference #ExLC2026 opened with a keynote by Francesco Banchini, Chairman of Caucasus and Central Asia Association of IB World Schools (CCAAIBWS) and CEO & Director of European Azerbaijan School. His talk, “Navigating through the IB Leadership Intelligences towards a bright future,” was about real leadership and how schools can move forward, with great audience interaction.
