I recently led a workshop at the Guba Branch of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.

We explored leadership intelligences and how leaders think, make decisions, and respond when situations are uncertain.

We discussed effective leadership, the choices people make under pressure, and the values that guide them when the path is unclear.

One idea continues to shape my work:

Educational leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about building the ability to ask better questions, both in yourself and in others.

That, to me, is what IB leadership intelligence is about.

It was encouraging to meet students who were engaged, curious, and eager to learn more about IB, international schools, and global education. Moments like this remind me why these conversations matter.
