▪️ Companies want future-ready talent
▪️ Families want direction and clarity
▪️ Intern and mentorship programmes create this bridge
The discussion also covered demand vs. current skill emphasis, career clarity score progression across age groups, dream destination preferences among students, and connecting student interests to real opportunities.
The meeting concluded with a focus on the collaboration cycle, next-step activities for the Education & Vocational Working Group, AmCham values and expectations, and a shared vision among member companies to strengthen youth internship and mentorship programmes.
