I had the pleasure of leading a full-day pre-conference workshop on “Building Effective Teams: Creating Impact in IB Education.”

It was inspiring to connect with passionate IB educators and leaders from around the world — exchanging perspectives, experiences, and reflections on how we can create harmony within our teams while working toward a shared vision.

Just as we guide our students to collaborate, we too grow stronger when we listen, understand, and build together. This session reminded me once again that effective leadership begins with empathy, trust, and purpose — values that unite our global IB community.
