t is a privilege to be part of the ““Innovate • Share • Empower” Education Conference, hosted by the International School of Monaco and to engage with a global community of educators and school leaders who are deeply committed to the future of learning.

This conference is a powerful reminder that meaningful educational progress is built on collaboration, creativity, and continuous professional growth.

During my session, “Navigating through the Leadership Intelligences and Capabilities towards a Bright Future,” we focused on the realities of school leadership. Through practical scenarios, honest reflection, and shared discussion, participants explored how the seven leadership intelligences can support decision-making in moments of uncertainty, pressure, and change—as well as in times of growth and innovation.

For me, leadership is never just about frameworks or models. It is about people, context, and the choices we make every day. The most meaningful moments of the session came from shared experiences and practical thinking—ideas and strategies that leaders can take back to their own schools and adapt to their own journeys.

I am grateful for the thoughtful questions, the energy in the room, and the willingness to engage openly. Events like this remind us that when leaders come together, support one another, and learn side by side, we are better prepared to face challenges and guide our schools toward a positive and hopeful future—together.
