From national perspectives to global thinking – education leadership is about creating impact beyond borders.

It was a pleasure engaging with students at Karabakh University in Khankendi, exploring insights from UNESCO’s Global Education Monitoring Report through interactive activities and discussions. Together, we reflected on how to approach learning and develop a leadership mindset to address real-world challenges, especially those they will face in their future work in education.

I was genuinely inspired by their energy, curiosity, and the way they think about the future.
